Thanks poured out from the students and staff of Christ Church Foundation School as they started their week with a brand new Hydration Station thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ & Latter-Day Saints, in collaboration with The Barbados Diabetes Foundation
One student said they’ve been waiting years for a station like this, and it will definitely be used multiple times a day! Similar sentiments of appreciation came from staff members at the school.
The Barbados Diabetes Foundation also elected both the Head Girl, Robyn, and Head Boy, Imhotep to be their Water Ambassadors for CCFS, a responsibility they graciously accepted!
In a move aimed at promoting healthy hydration in our Barbadian students, this collaboration will see thirteen (13) secondary schools in Barbados get a free-to-use chilled water station.
