As we consider the health of our students and staff, we recognize that having access to clean and cool water should help to motivate us to drink water instead of carbonated drinks and sweetened juices. With a readily accessible water station, this would help in meeting this objective.

There are approximately 248 students at the school, with 36 members of staff (teaching & non-teaching).

Grantley Prescod Primary School, previously Pine Primary, is located in St. Barnabas Heights, St. Michael.
The school was renamed after Mr. Grantley Prescod, a former student and teacher of the school. Mr. Prescod is renowned for designing the National Flag of Barbados.
